All Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and will include tracking.
There are two delivery options within Australia:
Standard Postage - Orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days from time of posting depending on your location.
Express Postage - Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.
Free Delivery Promotion:
We offer free STANDARD POSTAGE Australia-wide delivery when you place an order of $100 AUD or more. (Subject to change without notice.)
Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the total dollar value of the purchase is lower than $100 after discount.
You are able to track your delivery - once your order is fulfilled and despatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your tracking number.
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it's really important that you love your purchase from F.COMET. If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, F.COMET will gladly refund your item/s.
You're not able to return items for exchange via the online store. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you'll need to place a new order as all returned items will automatically be refunded.
You can return your online order via post to the address listed below. Please note - costs for return postage is at the customers expense.
Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns.
